  • How do I place an order with Little House Customs?

Our new website has a traditional cart and you can simply order online. We make every effort in our description of each product to identify whether an item fits your trailer or not. You will notice on checkout, we ask for your year model, size, and floor plan of your Casita. This helps to ensure that you do not receive something that will not work on your trailer.

  • Do I need an aluminum anode or a magnesium anode?

The anode in our water heater is essential for its longevity and must be degrading to accomplish its goal of protecting the lining of our water heaters. We want the anode to be consumed in one year or less. It will degrade at a rate that is unpredictable since degradation is a function of water chemistry and other factors. Water chemistry is inconsistent around the country and the aluminum anode should only be used if the magnesium anode that came standard in your water heater lasts four to five months or less. Only about one percent of our customers need or should be using the aluminum anode. If in doubt, install the magnesium anode.

  • Do you take returns?

We do want you to be happy with our products, so if you have questions, feel free to send an email before you order.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policy:

Any order may be cancelled prior to shipping and a full refund will be promptly issued.

Unopened items can be returned up to 30 days after purchase in original packaging.

If received in good condition we will give a full refund minus our shipping charges.
